About
In 2020, I launched my consulting practice to pair my passion for impactful, innovative and data-driven marketing with brands that are making a difference in people’s lives: helping them find joy, invest in their own health, and protect our planet. The good stuff.
Before taking the leap to open up shop and fulfill a long-time dream, I spent four years heading up the marketing team as an SVP at the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Wellness Companies. As marketing hire number one, I had the pleasure and opportunity of building the marketing team from the ground up, driving strategic initiatives across our product, digital channels and content to build our audience while we grew an impressive list of users, including Uber, LinkedIn, YMCA and Mercedes-Benz.
I worked on brands like TD Bank and McDonald’s during my time at agency Tierney, and spent more than seven years as a marketer at the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), the non-profit that created the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) rating system, the world’s premier standard for reducing environmental impact in buildings and across companies, where I had the chance to collaborate and build things with organizations like IDEO, Target, Google and Facebook.
I believe the best parts of life are non-negotiable: that balancing work and play is essential, self-care and sleep are the best investments you can make, and that fries should always be accompanied by a delicious aioli.
I love to talk.
From podiums to podcasts, I’ve enjoyed speaking at events and participating in interviews around the country—on topics including women’s leadership, marketing strategy, sustainability and corporate wellness. Need an expert to speak at your next gathering? Just ask.
